Youth Course: Same course as last year.  The entire course for the youth race is in the park.  The pool is only 4 feet deep.  Youth racers will have the swim lane to themselves.   The bike course is out and back on the park road with a slight upgrade on the way out and a slight down hill on the way back.  The run is on a path and is only slightly rolling.  Overall this is an easy course.  We have added a longer course for youth 10 and older.  The longer course will be 150 meters in the pool (6 laps), 3.6 miles on the bike (2 out and backs on the park road) and a 1.25 mile run (out and back on the park road).

Sprint Course:  Same course as last year.  This is a sprint distance race featuring a pool swim.  The pool is only 4 feet deep.  Each swim lane will have no more than two comepitors in the lane.  You will complete the entire swim in the lane you started in.  The bike course is a loop on public roads.  The course is slightly rolling with no major climbs.  The run is entirely in the park using the path and park road.    turn-by-turn instructions click here
